Lindsey joined the SRD team as a designer in 2011. From bare bone renovations to single room decorating projects, her organizational skills and work ethic make Lindsey a strong project manager while her passion for design and eye for detail ensure all projects fulfill clients’ visions and expectations. Prior to joining SRD, Lindsey worked for several high profile residential design firms in Toronto where she honed her skills designing architectural millwork details. Lindsey holds an Advanced Diploma in Interior Design from St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario (2009), where she graduated top of her class, and an Honours Bachelor degree in French and Philosophy from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario (2004).
Soon after joining the firm, Lindsey's knack for research and her passion for design that goes beyond residential to include graphic and online, found a kindred spirit in Sarah. When not working on schemes and furniture layouts for clients, Lindsey and Sarah are usually found poring over magazine layouts to meet print deadlines, searching for the latest set of "finds"…keeping the social media buzz up to date, or creating new content for this site!
Although she calls Toronto her home, Lindsey has spent time living in Paris, and Copenhagen, where she formed her deep appreciation for architecture and style. She is an avid traveler and draws great inspiration from the many places she has seen. Lindsey considers her design aesthetic to be a complementary balance of classic with eclectic, ensuring both utility and enjoyment of space. She lives with her husband and son in Toronto's West End.
