• How do I get my home featured on the show?
  • I am currently embarking on Season 3 of 'Sarah's House'. However, we may be seeking client driven projects in the future and will post a casting call on the website should we need your space!
  • Where are the TV shows shot?
  • All my shows and my design business are based in downtown Toronto. We have traveled as far as Vancouver, BC and USA, but have most of our episodes are based in Ontario.
  • I love the stores that you visit on your TV show. How do I find out where you shop?
  • Click on the TV section of the site and you can access every episode of our shows through the individual show websites. You'll find room by room photos, sources, and information about every room we've ever done on TV.
  • Are you available for private consultations outside of the show?

  • Where can I buy the furniture I see on the show?
  • Much of the furniture you see is actually designed by me and available on-line or at various retailers in Canada. Please click on the products tab for photographs and dimensions of both my indoor and outdoor furniture collections.
  • Where did you go to school? What is you background?
  • I have a B.A. in Visual Arts (a combination of Art History and Studio Arts) from The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. In 1995 my passion for design and style,

From there I went on to pursue a number of different projects and juggled working with an interior designer, being the Set Designer and Stylist for Savoir Faire on HGTV, renovating a series of houses, creating a growing design business of my own, and appearing on many home and design based TV shows as a guest expert. After years of hard work in the field of lifestyle television and design I co-created and co-produced Room Service for HGTV. After 94 episodes and 5 seasons of Room Service, I decided it was time for a new challenge and Design Inc. was developed to provide a fresh, fun and fast-paced look at the behind-the-scenes world of my design business. Soon after completing four seasons of Design Inc. I was once again inspired with a new concept. Sarah's House demystifies the total renovation process and shows you how to trade off dollars for dynamite results.
